North Korea is now officially the biggest combination of "Joke/Nightmare/Comedy/Tragedy" with respect to Nation-States of the last 256 years, nations that were capable of starting a war with their neighbors that involved more than the intrinsic equivalent, or ramifications, of an obnoxious Irish family in Cork County Ireland robbing the neighbors's Heffer of it's Full Udder (Milk Valued according to the 1760 A.D. Dairy Index.)

Maybe Paraguay in the mid 1800s was more detested and embarrassing to its immediate neighbors, and I can only think of Helen of Troy as embodying a worse Casus Belli for a nation than North Korea's hell-bent pursuit of having 3 or 4 "Atom Missiles" and their intention to provoke a war to retain them and all these missles represent (by "Atom" I mean that it is debatable whether they even have, or will have FUSION weapons THAT WORK anytime soon.)

This is a nation that is pretty much Pitch Dark 30% of each DAY....that cannot Feed its Citizens, who in turn have to spend 80% of their time simply "finding", or working to find/create/produce their next meal...A Nation whose Navy Personel are so Undernourished that they cannot use their still-marginally threatening Submarine fleet because their sailors cannot tolerate the rigors of Submerged Environment/Combat for more than a short period of time, otherwise they run the risk of (literally) passing out and running the subs aground or into something/someone (Think the scene from the 1980 Spielberg movie 1941, where the Dummy is up in the Ferris Wheel off Santa Monica on the look out for enemy ships, and the dummy goes "J-j-j-jesus Christ you guys it's a Jap Sub!" .... How many people realize that this (almost) entire "problem" is centered around the fact that North Korea has about 8000 NON-NUKE Rocket and Artillery Pieces locked loaded AND READY TO FIRE right NOW, upon Seoul...effectively leveling that city with conventional ordinance in about 10 minutes?

Seriously...and if you are familiar with South Korean Pain Tolerance, as well as sturdiness of National Products like their Automobiles, well you can imagine how well their "buildings" will hold up to shellfire.

Seoul is such a FAT Target, a guncrew of Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder manning a WWI Railway Gun traveling 65 MPH could hit important shit, or people. I remember reading an article a few years back on what the short-term economic impact would be on both Asia's Economy, and secondly, the WORLD's, if Seoul were flattened and wiped out during a midmorning Coffeebreak. We'd survive, no doubt about that, but there would be LOTS of turmoil, and some widespread ramifications.
