The question is what the hell where they looking at when they edited the photo and sent it out? If it wasn't caught by the photographer at least it has to be caught by the person editing the photo and emailing it.

From all the stories I hear about Derek being a Type-A personality, how tight of a ship he runs, and he's all about business, this is completely contradictory of that. Obviously he's not in control 100%.
