That sounds cheap.
Women have short careers in porn (5 to 10 years?) and they should be able to accumulate a good bit of cash before they reach the point where jobs are hard to find.

$800 - $1,500 should be the going rate for boy/girl, even for a girl who is just getting started, with higher rates and content sharing for A-list talent.

I'm only just getting serious about doing this (I haven't started yet) and I doubt I would pay any girl less than a thousand dollars for a scene.

You wouldn't be making any money without them so there's no reason that they shouldn't get a good share of the revenue and have some money set aside for when their careers are over.
