Actually, I believe knowledge of an Archaic language like Klingon would be very useful in a wartime situation, much like the Native American code talkers in WW2...certainly more useful than knowing that Kazumi Shirahachi directed the first episode of 'Atom Pants Hibiki Super Schoolgirl GoGoGo #1!'.
