There are generally 2 types of DVD films:
NOTE that each DVD film is comprised of
4 to 6 , 15 min to 30 min "scenes".
Now consider two types of film making:
1. Story based film: in this each scene has some
dialogue before the action begins. The dialogue
can take 80 % of the scene's time. Such film yields
bad VOD segments. Because a VOD customer wants to see
action right away. Such film also is not the one people
want to watch at a Video Arcade. They want to watch
films that have immediate action.
2. Films that have little dialogue and get on with
the sex right away. Their VODs all are actionful
because less than 10% of time is wasted in dialogue
and setup of any story. These are very well taken
at the Video Arcades. Examples of such films:
any films from West Coast Productions, Devil's Films,
Darkside Entertainment, Evasive Angles, some others.
Head Clinic and Black Head Nurses series are an
excellent example of such films.
