Ok so I can admit when I am wrong- not everything from France sucks. Case in point ( other than rebecca Lord and Melissa) is District B13 a story that sems like a version of Escape from NY only hopped up on Meth. If you are looking for a nifty little action flick with Jackie chan type acrobatics and fight scenes yet with distinctly European actors- look no further. Check it out I highly recommend it, it arrived on dvd last week. (4out of 5 perverted frogs)


Also- use this thread if you have a movie to recommend to the board- I like all kinds and would like to hear about some that i may have missed.

Hey Cleet, I just watched "The Machinist" today and it was pretty cool. Christian Bale stars in the flick and he did a great job. I've liked some of his movies in the past like Equilibrium and American Psycho so I gave this one a shot and it was pretty interesting and entertaining. By the way, it is fucking unreal how thin he got for this movie. Here is the description from my cable guide:

"Riveting psychological thriller about the mental and physical deterioration of a factory worker who hasn't slept for a year. Things get really eerie we he begins having visions of a co-worker nobody else can see."

If you haven't seen it and you like offbeat psych thriller flicks give it a try.

"The Machinist" is way fucking cool.I give it two thumbs up the ass.

I watched a movie called Who Could Kill a Child? Some British tourists arrive on some ficitional island where kids are offing adults. The British couple boink then realize the kids have been infected by something that causes them to off people. So the deal is... can they kill the kids or wait to get offed? Violent shit mang.

Jackass 2 was fucking hysterical. Become inebriated and go see it.
