The November 22nd date is the trial for annulity of marriage. The Dept. of Homeland Security is conducting their own investigation. Both were needed to pursue the annulity. It wasn't a rash decision on Haley's part.

Throughout the marriage, Martin Del Toro informed Haley who doesn't know thing one about green cards or citizenship (what American citizen would?) that he was in good standing with immigration and was a legal alien. I had her retain the services of an Immigrations attorney to verify the true nature of his legality here. He was, without a doubt, an illegal alien. They tend to take their time with investigations but it was crucial to prove he married to achieve a green card for the annulity trial to take place.

Apparently he owes alot of money to investors in Hungary who want a piece of him. In addition, in 2002, del Toro was charged with fraud in Hungary but informed the courts he couldn't stand trial because of a 'medical condition' which prevented him from flying. Perhaps, just before he fled Hungary, the beating which left him hospitalized and toothless, created a vertigo he couldn't recover from. After all, Airports also do have a bizarre tendency to detain illegal immigrants as well.

I would like this entire ordeal to be over for Haley. It isn't her that fucked this guy up. It's the fact that he's a sniveling, lying, thieving imbecile who's actions repeat themselves over and over again. I highly doubt he'll really be able to work in this industry again. Perhaps he shouldn't have stolen from Red Light, or his friends, or everyone around him.

For all I care, this ten carat moron can suck my dick. Nobody lies to my face and gets away with it. Especially to my girl and to myself.
