In your case you'll have to edit your post and add

(image)http://www.xxxporntalk.com/ubbthreads/uploads/184909-Bondage%20BDSM.JPG(/image)

to it. Use squared brackets [] instead of curly parenthesises () around the image tags then the image will show up.
