I guess it's like anyone working a dangerous job...fire fighters for example, they're running into burning buildings, yet we still feel terrible and alot of the time shocked when one of them perishes.

About money...he gave back so much. Most of the money he made he put straight back into wildlife. I'm sure his family will have enough to survive on though, I hope so anyway. I think the Discovery channel are setting up a charity fund for his children to help go towards their education.
