everyone has an agenda. certainly the XXX church guys have one and so do you. sometimes people's agendas find synergy. sometimes they don't. sometimes they begin with good intentions and sometimes they end otherwise. if you received help from them, say thanks and get on with your life. if they didn't do all they said they'd do, oh well, that's life. they owed you nothing and still owe you nothing.
