I think that the central notion of this thread is deeply flawed, now that I been sitting in it for a moment or two. It is my belief that none of these women can ever truly retire no matter how far or fast or cleverly they've run from this occupation. The idea that "life goes on" or "I've moved on" are rendered moot in this specific circumstance, I believe. And I think I don't need to say why.
That said, I would find it very, very interesting if a woman who had left pornography at least a decade prior decided to re enter for whatever reason and chose an unfortunate title to re enter with. Pick one because they are all unfortunate, but for the purposes of this we will call it "Gag Factor". Anyway, long story short she does the scene and it is vigorous and far more violent and demeaning that she had thought it would be with vomit and snot bubbles and verbal degradation and the like. But being a proffessional and sticking to her plan she answers Jim Power's "Welcome back to pornography, baby" at scenes end with a halfhearted "Thanks. It's good to be back." or some such. However she has second thoughts when shge gets the experience alone with her mind later. This is going on too long: it's released and shge does the talk show circuit enraged at the industry claiming "Young women are being hurt and brutalized by this industry and someone needs to speak out" and maybe even tries to make it a political cause.
