The obvious answer is that nose-pinching is degrading. Isn't anything degrading automatically hot?

Bangbus has a long-defunct site called "Backroom Facials" that really did a good job with this. No scat, no vomit, but plenty of verbal and oral abuse. In one POV scene, the guy writes "Whore" on the talent's chest with a magic marker, then proceeds to circle the parts of her body he thinks are too fat. And, yet, he never has to pinch the whore's nose in order to make his point.
