I happen to live in Polk County. Kissimmee is in Osceola County, which is adjacent to Polk. Kissimmee is demographically connected to Orlando .

i don't know of any officially restrictive policies on adult oriented businesses in Polk Copunty. I do know that i have not seen one such business since I've lived here, which is less than a year.
