Here's what the porn industry needs to do to flourish with Bush or any other idiot in the White House:

(1) Make the federal government specifically define 'obsene'.
(2) Remove local jurisdictions ability to define obsenity based on vague 'community standards'.

Once this has been accomplished purveyors of filth will be free to create as long as it is within clearly defined boundaries and consumers will have the right to view what ever they want in the privacy of their own homes.

The trick is to get the adult industry lobbying as a unified group so that the far-right christian minority doesn't pursuade lawmakers (with their very loud voices) to widely define what is obsene.
