I think that it's because in the ancient Japanese village where Bukkake first originated, the ceremonial ritual was always performed the first Wednesday after the infidelity of the woman was first discovered.

This is because Wednesday is traditionally known as the least fertile day of the week, and it was thought to be less of an insult to the gods to waste cum on that day.
