It's 'too' when it's used like 'also' or before an adjective such as 'she was too fucked up on meth to notice she had developed meeth.'

When 'too' is used like also, there should be a comma before 'too.' Example: I like when you stand outside my bedroom window, too.





Don't forget the classic 'too', meaning excessive, as in " Aurora Snow did too much anal and must wear a diaper from now on." Also, there are many other fun things you can do with adverbs, grammar's bastard stepchild.
