Being successful in porn has more to do with marketing than looks. Jenna was dating the owner of Wicked and hence had a huge amount of marketing $$$ spent on her, much more than what was spent on the other girls.
The door is firmly shut right now, there is no other girl who could attain her sort of success, because Jenna was at the right place at the right time. The birth of the WWW has alot to do with her success too, because her pictures were the most popularly posted ones, which ended up giving her even more visibility.
