I appreciate the critique, and must resist the temptation to simply bow to the authority of a more studied mind than mine, for I seek further insight. Are you saying, perhaps, that such dissillusionment is merely a convenient justification; an excuse to indulge an inner mysogyny that was just waiting for release? This would be difficult for me to assimilate; every fibre of my being genuinely wishes for a different outcome to these situations, I'm simply jaded to the point of surrender. Or have I inferred too much from your deliberately vague statement, perhaps revealing something about myself?
