It's so easy even Applesaucer can post pics. Here's my step-by-step tutorial.
1) Hit REPLY and enter text.
Images cannot be entered without text. You can always erase text later on the last step before it's really posted.
2) Scroll down to bottom of page and UNCHECK box that says 'Add this thread to my favorites.'
CHECK box that says 'I want to preview post and/or attatch files
3) Hit CONTINUE
4) Click the BROWSE button to select your file where your pic is.
Such as desktop, my pictures, my documents, etc. If it's not on these, right click the pic you want and save it on one of these. DO NOT USE PHOTOBUCKET OR I WILL KILL YOU.
5) Hit CONTINUE underneath where it says browse.
Change nothing all the way at bottom of page
6) Select VIEW YOUR POST
7) Where your post is, CLICK ATTACHMENT
8) Copy and paste the url text in the address bar by HIGHLIGHTING IT, RIGHT CLICKING, then clicking the BACK BUTTON
Click EDIT in your post and click in the post box where you'd like your image to be.
Select IMAGE in the Instant UBB Code box. RIGHT CLICK and PASTE.
Enter 'OK'
9) Scroll down to bottom of page. UNCHECK 'mark as edited.'
UNCHECK box saying 'I want to preview my modifications and add or edit an attachment.'
Select 'CHANGE THIS POST.'
