why do people keep calling shot on video productions films?There is a big difference in the look. 16mm or 35mm is fantasy, digital or high def is for reality time and is not real film. Video is lazy mans filmmaking. i just do not understand.

I guess its just a generic term some people place on anything that happens to show a moving picture. Kinda like around where I live everybody calls any kind of soda a "coke", even if its, i don't know, a rootbeer or something. Some people call anything you can get over the counter to relieve a headache "Aspirin". I think you get the idea.
