I haven't seen that one, but I borrowed a DVD of the US-release of Zio Tom a few years ago and, as presented in that form, it is one of the most disgusting films ever produced. Didn't its premiere in Times Square incite a riot? Didn't Pauline Kael call Jacopetti and Prosperi the most reprehensible filmmakers ever?

The Blue Underground box set contains a director's cut which helps the cause claiming the film is not overtly rascist, it used to be for sale at Xploited Cinema, but is now out of stock. I think you can still get the U.S. release from Video Search of Miami.
