I've read the book. It may be unsatisfying to some because it does not offer a summary chapter that ties everything into a neat package. Instead it offers chapter after chapter of delusional pornstars and players peppered with Lukes dry commentary.
The big finish is his relationship with Holly Randall in 80 or so pages. It's explicit enough for most porn fans but it also deals with the more mundane aspects of a relationship as well as the underlying reasons as to why it must fail. The chapter on Holly seems misplaced, but I'm not sure it needed anymore than the treatment it received.
I liked the book. Don't know that it will make the NYT bestseller list but it was worth my money.
(Do not pm me asking me to email you the .pdf file- I don't play that way)
