Since when do liberals want to stop illegal immigration? I thought they viewed Americas borders as illegitimate since (1) the land was "stolen" from Mexico and needs to be reclaimed from the AmeriKKKan oppressor, (2) it is inherently "racist" to deny non-Whites (most illegals are) anything - including entry into the United States, and (3) people who don't speak English contribute to "diversity". Even the labor union socialists are fawning over the illegals, because they might become future members.

Bush is part of the Wall Street Journal crowd who believes in open borders. I'm more inclined to believe that illegals consume more in welfare largesse than they can possibly contribute, in addition to issues of cultural assimilation.

Bush has never steered the country in the wrong direction and you know this, so why question him? Why do you hate America all of a sudden? By the way, the illegals only take the jobs nobody wants. The President understands this.
