So, that means your an idiot then right? How is the Bush administration skimping on homeland security if "The department(of Homeland Security) failed to spend $200 million in research and development money from past years..." It sounds like your liberal answer to every problem is to spend more money. Unfortunately more money is not the answer for all of the world's ills. Case in point, the Bush administration has spent more money on education than any previous administration. Have test scores risen? No. Is our youth smarter, more well educated? No. Throwing more money at a problem is not a cure all.

Hmmm.....That's an interesting opinion on the world's strongest economy. We've endured everything from terrorist attacks to rising oil prices in the middle east, as well as unfavorable sentiment abroad yet somehow we continue to be the best and most successful country on the planet. That is some nice liberal propaganda. "Tax cuts for the top 10%" the top 10% of what? I guess we can assume that the top 10% means the richest 10% of Americans. These are the people that run big businesses that employ thousands of Americans that include health benefits and retirement funds as well as disability insurance. Not to mention the millions of dollars that these "big businesses" spend towards taxes. Yeah, good idea Instigator lets tax the fsck out of them so they can't turn a profit and are forced to outsource or flee to another country.
