LinkEVANSVILLE - Two people are in jail Wednesday, charged with selling drugs near a school.
Officers said 23-year-old Osama Fahmawi and 25-year-old Leslie Ann Neisen are charged with dealing marijuana within 1-thousand feet of a school, a class "c" felony.
The two were living in a home on South Garvin Street, near Glenwood Middle School.
Police said they were given consent to search the home and they found a large bag of marijuana in a tupperware container in a closet.
The suspects are now at the Vanderburgh County Jail
