Better yet, have Western nations switch en masse to hybrid or fully electric cars, and thus cut the OPEC nations' balls off in a financial sense...the price of oil would plummet as supply would outstrip demand! 
Finally! Someone that has a solution rather than a bitch point. I'd ride on the back of a six pack of Vietnamese schoolchildren if it meant that we could stick it to those OPEC pricks.
