Hey Dino, keep up the good work. Fact is, the cons in the industry are what keep it down and keep it attacked. So helping to reveal them helps the industry because it demonstrates self-regulation and a lesser need for scrutiny by government entities.

"HeLie" could simply be an employee over there. They maybe decided not to influx their money into his 'agency' because they deep down don't trust him either. Therefore, no merger. A con can use the word merger, I would think, quite loosely, when it actually means something less than it would for AT&T. It sounds big from the lips, but in his actual world, it might have meant he was sub-leasing storage space from them.

I was once involved with a number of his 'grand plans' and 'developments', that were sometimes nothing real at all, but because he made them sound so good, I took less in pay for the work. They all fell through for a variety of reasons, including not ever being real. Other times, it was due to his incompetency as a model manager ... which wasn't because he was not intelligent, but rather because he couldn't keep his efforts away from trying to get in the model's pants, and his main interest in exploiting them monetarily. When I was a model for that 'agency', he would sometimes tell female models they would make more money if they did a shoot with him. Which with the way he was making the deal, was true. But he was making the deal that way for a reason .... to get in her pants. The male model with the agency loses work because the agent is making deals that makes it more attractive that he does the shoot, rather than the real models he is suppose to be representing.

The key in the fraud and dishonesty all lies within what he tells people, like mergers, and what kinds of deals he makes. I was fortunate to be on the inside a little because I was not only a model but also doing graphics work. I heard him on the phone, I heard him talking to producers, I heard him talking to models, I heard him talk to me. And then I also had a few models that had some things to say. If, however, you are just a model with him, or just a producer hiring a model, you miss a lot of what's really happening, and you could be spending money you shouldn't be spending, or losing money when you should be making it.
