If books fail, try duct tape. Books worked for me, but modern kids might benefit more from duct taped mouths and a few lashes from a cat-o-nine tails.



I have a photography book with a small section on doing portrait photography for children in it, and one of the tips the author gives for dealing with kids who won't keep their hands still is to tape their index fingers together!
