The plot is about a milf'ish lady that plays the role of a sex therapist or something. There is only 1 woman in the scene and 4 or 5 male clients that get it on with her. There's a lot of dialogue and the woman was a great actor. By the way, i'm not drporn so please stop replying as if i am. Thanks.
