I've been on this bbs, for almost a fucking year, pleading, begging, offering, and asking for...

...a more responsible treatment of porn 'stars'.

Then, one fine winter California morning, I got an email from a major television company, from a well respected journalist, asking me why I decided NOT to go into porn.

I asked them to read the board, and to talk to other people in porn, before we talked again.

They did some research, and talked to some of the 'stars' that post on this board, and others.

What was the result?

The news organization came back to me, and asked me why I had ever thought of going into porn in the first place.

I told them, "Well, I was told they 'tested', whatever that meant, and I was told that they 'tracked diseases', whatever that meant."

I went on to tell them that the industry felt that getting diseases other than AIDS was pretty much standard, and that most of those in the industry simply accepted that fact.

They asked me whether I had heard the term 'Class Action Lawsuit' before.

I laughed, and said I had.

How many times have I come to this board, and told all of you that you needed to change this shit, or the heat would come down?

Did any of you really think this could last forever?

I don't care what your intentions were, or are.

Within the next few weeks, many of you are going to be asked to answer some very, very tough questions.

And those questions are going to come about as a result of one very, very brave girl.

Many of you picked money over morals.

Bad, bad choice.
