I'm of the opinion that AIC without Staley is not AIC. Sorry. His voice, lyrics and presence/demeanour were a huge part of what made the band so interesting. One more thing also; if the "new" band bring out an album (under a major label) it's going to reek of pro-tools, polish and modern sterility. Their old creepy, arcane atmosphere is going to get the boot in favour of stuff that the label can go to radio/MTV with. Count me out.
