Thats a powerbomb. Its legal in Pride. Done in the street it can be fatal. Vader broke Joe Thurman's back in a wrestling match. Thurman is paralyzed for life. You rarely see guys in MMA get caught like that because it can result in a knockout. For wrestling, it looks impressive for show.
