I just finished reading Fast Forward ( a novel ) . the main character is a hack write who decide to "sell out" by writing porno script. the novel was boring but it did give some interesting info about writing script for the porno genre. I was wondering what the general guideline are for writing and submitting. I think I got the technical part down (dialogue, sex scenes etc...) im more concerned about presentation and sending it off. Any preferences among producer for a particular format? where should I concentrate my mailings? do I have better chance of getting somewhere from the bigger company (vivid, wicked etc...) or from the smaller places. any directory of porno companies? any help would be appreciated, thanks

My guess would be the script is a lot thinner (i.e. less pages) than your regular Hollywood script, but then what do I know?

well from what i gather, script should be about 20 pages long with room for 5 scenes. dialogue should be simple and not too long. Sets should be limited as much as possible and try to aim for easy to follow 3 act storyline. I guess on the techinical side im ok, its more the sending to the right people so i dont waste my time or theirs
