Pretty much agree with everything except for the above. As far as I can recall, no one has ever been scolded, let alone deactivated, because of a JM thread. Perhaps many of the Old Guard who are familiar with the long-running "feud" distance themselves from such topics out of respect for the administration, but most there are unaware of any of that stuff and just want to talk pornography.

In fact, there's this recent thread that disproves the JM censorship theory. Even that bloodhound Hardware said it's fine, and that dude locks just about anything that he deems questionable.
