The clip that I saw a few years ago still eludes me.

The scene starts out with a woman sitting in an office. A male "client" comes in and tells her that he is having a sexual problem and she gives him a bj and they screw and so forth. The same thing happens with 4 or 5 guys each as they come into her office. I can't remember who or what the scene/movie/etc. is called and I've been looking for several years now. Please help.
Note: She is not a nurse and the scene isn't set in a doctor's office. She is the only woman in the scene (it's a long scene). The male "clients" aren't ultra-famous porn stars. There was a couch in the scene. She was a brunnette I think. I know there have been alot of similar plots so please list all that you can that have this plot. Someone earlier listed "Dr. Truth's..." and that was not it (but i appreciate the try). I hope this doesn't constitute as a re-post (sorry moderator) but I've literally been searching for this for 3 years.

Checked out "Compulsion" and that wasn't it. The girl i'm looking for does 4 or 5 different male "clients" in the movie (not at once). All of the guys come into the same office for her "therapy".
