I doubt this will hold up. The Florida Supreme Court is uber-liberal. They're farther left than Rush is right. Remeber when they did everything in their power to get Al elected? I bet these justices are to COHF right now.
ummm...which state supreme court are we talking about? surely not the one that STOPPED the recounts, thus insuring that big Al would not get elected.
