I already talked to the licensing board and I doubt if they will be coming after the agents. There isnt a criminal investigation division anymore due to budget cut backs and they dont have the resources to go after all the unlicensed and illegal agents.

Though the one area agents do have to worry about is carrying work comp insurance for their employees. The Department of Industrial Relations will fine any employer in the state that doesnt carry the proper insurance.

The biggest liability an agent has is if there is a disgruntled performer who wants all of her money back.
