There are probably some girls who could have had very successful careers in the industry if they had received REAL management instead of falling into the hands of predators. I don't think it would be unreasonable for the industry to adopt licensing guidelines for those who call themselves agents, so that there is some kind of accountability. With the state of things as they are now, a serial rapist with enough money can be an 'agent' and no one would no any better.
