I've never met a single doctor, gay or straight, who would agree with your position. Just as poor people are more likely to be intravenous drug-users, gay men (not women) are more likely to engage in unprotected anal sex with serial partners than straight men; meth addiction is more common these days among rural than urban populations, with the sole exception of young gay urban men. These are simple, incontrovertible facts, backed up by a wealth of sociological and medical data. These are the facts we're using to keep people from dying.

Please direct me to even a single study published in a reputable medical journal, in any major language, that indicates a higher percentage of straight sex-workers than gay or bi sex-workers are HIV positive. I challenge you. Offer me the citation. Find me EVEN A SINGLE SUCH ARTICLE.
