My porno review,
There is no difference between the male-male anal sex act and the male-female anal sex act in terms of the potential for disease transmission. In other words, the potential is identical.
The simple fact is that if both parties are healthy, they can have anal sex to their heart's content, regardless of their genders. No-one is putting anyone at risk here. If you don't understand this, then I feel sorry for you.
Perhaps you should get a healthy bi guy to fuck you up the ass. It would be perfectly safe, my dear.
It is true, however, that the rate of HIV transmission is going up again amongst male homosexuals, partly due to the continuing meth problem, and partly due to relaxed vigilance owing to the increasingly powerful drugs available for treating HIV and AIDS. Many young gay men no longer consider HIV the death sentence they would have only six or seven years ago. So there IS a legitimate reason to be concerned about crossovers from gay male porn to "straight" porn. I put "straight" in quotes so you wouldn't have any reason to point out, once again, that "straight" porn includes sex between women.
