Well I see a couple of things wrong here that I would like to explain.

First it is James because I do not know if he is teasing about it or not.

And also the next thing that I do not understand why don't the people make Tyler go on the pill or other birth control options? I mean everbody knows that they are avalable well I think so anyway.

Furthermore the doctors should give her one more chance and if she doesn't then they should make her have a baby.

Well maybe Tyler is pretending eveything because mabe she skipped over a pill or two and did not want to admit to it.
