Everybody likes to pin everything on the "religious right" nowadays, but I think most people would be surprised to find out that many Americans have conservative views on many current social topics regardless of their religious identity. Granted, we Americans may have what some believe to be antiquated views on sex, but I don't think this incident falls into the realm of our views on sex. She is an adult that has a position of authority over minors. The fact that she is ok with putting herself nude on the internet, artistic or not, is questionable. I'm of the opinion that we should hold the teachers of our young to a higher standard. Would you like it if Ariana Jollee was lecturing your child about ethics and living a healthy lifestyle? I know its a stretch but if you can't fire a topless internet model how can you keep out the ex-porner, hooker, bareback tranny fucker without being a hypocrite. The standards that we hold our teachers to should be as high as possible.

The double standard concerning females that exhibit this type of behavior compared to males that act in the same way is astounding. If it were a guy teacher that showed his kok/bolls etc. on the internet and the school found out his ass would have been fired yesterday. It still comes down to the fact that her job is to teach and instruct children not to be stroke material for us raincoaters. If she wants to show her teets on the net then don't choose a career that involves children. It sucks, but it's reality and it has nothing to do with the all encompassing "religious right".

I'm no legal scholar myself so I might be wrong, but as far as I can tell her 1st amendment protection wasn't violated. She is free to say and do as she pleases, within the law of course, but the 1st amendment doesn't protect her against the repercussions of those actions. The school is fully with in its rights to terminate her because of what she did. The 1st amendment protects Brandon Iron to self promote till he dies, but it doesn't protect him from Jeff banning his ass.
