Eddie's tips are good - in particular the Van Gogh museum is a must see, as is the brewery tour (samples? Did someone say samples?)

In addition to the Falafel, you will need to try these fritter-like things sold out of automats - very retro. Try the indonsesian Rijstaffel for dinner once too.
