The heavyweight division is no doubt week, but saying that Pride is that much better is a stretch. I think the heavyweight division is week simply because MMA is a middle weight class man's game.


Yes it is. Any true MMA fan will tell you. Your basing that on a weak UFC division. Go watch Pride and then make your conclusion. King of the Cage, Gladiator Challenge, WFA, Rage in the Cage, Hook n Shoot, to name a few; have great up n coming heavyweights.

If you dont know who the top 3 are, you don't watch MMA on a regular basis. Fedor is the current champ and seems unstoppable.
Nogueria is the former champion and Cro-Cop is the most acurate and feared striker in MMA. Go rent some recent Pride events to see what Im talking about.

Mark Hunt isn't a bad MMA fighter. K-1 is kickboxing, two completely different sports. You should know that.

Barnett is a very good fighter. He has only 1 loss in the UFC, and that was to Pedro Rizzo. He took Cro-Cop to the full 3 rounds in Pride 30.

Are you insane? Chuck cant drop down to Hughes weight. Thats a 30 lb difference. With his height, he'd look like Naomi. He'd lose alot of strength and power.
