I wouldn't sweat it...it's a knock-off font, which means whilst it is similar to Disney's (and the intent is clearly to make it look as much like Disney's as possible), it contains enough differences and/or degrees of variation to make it legally distinct. Also, if Disney did want to stop it, they'd be better going after the source, i.e. the creator/provider of said font.
Otherwise, every font would be liable to legal action from the guy who first wrote down the alphabet. Whether your letter 'T' is curvy, straight, fancy, simple, etc., it's still a letter 'T'.
