No, its not parody. This site has affiliate links and is used by JM Productions to offer its own videos. This forum is a sales tool, i.e. profit.
Mad, Spy, National Lampoon etc, all carry ads, yet are still afforded the legal protection of parody. Proving that JM have somehow profited from your image would also be practically impossible...it's not like they put your photo on the front of the next volume of Gag Factor.
I'm sorry, but the only thing that has come out of this thread is that you're a likes-to-dish-it-out-but-doesn't-like-to-take-it hypocrite, and as such I've decided that I don't want to visit your site.
