You obviously have very little concept on how this whole thing works.
You can't just randomly walk up to any girl you see and book her, regardless of what she has done before. It's called pandering and it's illegal. You get arrested for that shit.
A girl has to make herself available for booking first.
You might want to make a note of that in your Stalking Handbook.
