Mia is very cute IMHO. I actually loved her "old" nose...it was distinctive and only served to accentuate how cute she was. Her "new" nose is very nice also, however, at least from the pics I've seen circulating.

What I think sets her apart from the pack is her facial expressions during sex. The scene in "Big Young Buns" with her where she's going on and on about the size of the guys dick is just.......
