Supposedly the prescription was in his doctor's name for privacy purposes. If the doctor confirms that is the case and documented it correctly then nothing illegal was done.

First of all, does Florida state law allow a false entry on a prescription for that reason? If not then it doesn't matter except for P.R.

Secondly, whether this violates terms of the agreement will be decided by a judge, not a jury, and I think the standards are much lower ("more likely than not"). The judge wasn't born yesterday - they'll have heard every excuse in the book before - and the prosecution may not have to work very hard to show that this does violate the order.

Now one defense might be that the Viagra wasn't for Rush. Maybe he traveled to the Dominican Republic to meet his gay Daddy, who wanted the Viagra for an extra-special session with Rush...

"It is generally not illegal under Florida law for a physician to prescribe medication in a third party's name if all parties are aware and the doctor documents it correctly, said Mike Edmondson, a spokesman for the state attorney in Palm Beach County. "
