Yes, although I've no idea what the charges are...perhaps the racketeering/prostitution angle could be something to do with the fact he uses members of the site as male talent in his content? Some young turk in the DA's office probably thinks he can make some tenuous connection between the fact that members of the site get to interact with the girls (by splooging on them), but have to pay for it (via purchasing a membership to COHF.com) as opposed to an American Bukkake shoot where Jeff pays the guys to perform. Whether a case can be proven is neither here nor there right now...it just means that COHF are going to be involved in a lot of costly and time/energy sapping legal wrangling for the forseeable future. A conviction may not be the goal here, rather the authorities are just looking to fuck with him and his business/cashflow until he can no longer keep doing business.

Of course, having said that, it could be something entirely unrelated to COHF.com, but when you look at the two guys fingered by the law on this one, I'd tend to doubt it.

What will be interesting to see is how the industry reacts...remember, the general industry consensus seems to be that Rob Black and Jeff Steward deserve everything they get because they make 'extreme' porn, so it's okay to just say 'fuck 'em, they we're asking for it' and turn your back on them. Ray Guhn, as far as I can see, doesn't make particularly 'extreme' porn outside of the fact it's group sex/bukkake...will the industry be rallying around him, or will he be getting the sanctimonious cold shoulder?
